This Privacy Policy describes how the "Laica cawnnak" mobile application ("the App") handles user information. The App is operated by Roland Van.

Information We Do NOT Collect

The App is designed for children and does NOT collect, store, or share any personal information such as:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Location data
• Photos, videos, or audio recordings from the device
• Contacts, calendar, or any device data
• Behavioral analytics

The App does NOT contain advertising and does NOT use third-party advertising networks.

Subscription Information

The App offers optional in-app subscriptions processed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat, Inc. (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/), our subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat receives an anonymous device identifier from Apple/Google to validate subscription status. No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat.

Apple and Google handle all payment data directly. We do not see, store, or process any payment information.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The App is intended for children. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Learning progress is stored only on the device using local storage and is never transmitted to any server.

Data Storage

All learning progress (lesson completions, scores, time tracked) is stored locally on the device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves the device and is deleted when the user uninstalls the App.
